Carrie is an interdisciplinary collective consisting of Marie Ursin, Alexandra Tveit, Nikhil Vettukattil and Runa Borch Skolseg. Together, they work in between performing arts, literature, visual arts and choreography. In the fall of 2019, Carrie arranged the seminar working title at Black Box teater.
As a collective, Carrie will host a series of reading groups, screenings, open lectures, working groups and performances that explore the limits, frictions and co-facilitations around our current cultural state. From small weekly meetings to bigger gatherings, the group wants to establish a space for active questions, to parasite the theatre. Working with variant modes of being together in the arts, Carrie aims to open up a space for public conversation, exchange and reflection.
Carrie is among Black Box teater's associated artists 2020–2021.
In Spring 2021, Carrie has selected a range of books in our bookshop. The books are, in various ways, related to Carrie's artistic practice.
