Magnus Myhr has for many years and in numerous solo performances thematized the queer body, feminine strategies, a troubled upbringing, and even learned to play the harp.
Now, all he feels like doing is howling and dancing. So, that's what he does!
In KAUK, Magnus unleashes the queer rage with the help of tricks and skills from the truly old days. Because he needs it, in the hope that it might help, and so that it won't disappear. So that he won't disappear.
● Magnus Myhr from Klæbu in Trøndelag has extensive experience as a performer and choreographer within dance, performance, musical, and theatre in the project-based field and at a long list of institutional theaters. Magnus has previously choreographed and produced the performances JEG SATT PÅ EN STEIN OG SÅ UTOVER «HAVET» (2014), GRØNN (2016), I DET FJERNE, TROJA (2018), HEARTFELT (2020), and BANGER (2024). JEG SATT PÅ EN STEIN... won the Trondheim Prize 2014 for Stage Production of the Year.
